From 6 weeks to 2 years
Our two lovely Early Learning rooms are bright, colourful, fully air-conditioned and packed with fun activities. We also have a large play area outside.
We offer a full program of planned learning activities as well as heaps of spontaneous fun which includes:
- Puzzles and cognitive games
- Drama and imaginative play
- Story time and language experiences
- Music, singing and dance
- Drawing, painting and craft activities
- Heuristic Play
- Sensory activities, sand and water games
- Construction and manipulative play

Can you follow the same routine we follow at home?
We know how important it is to support families, so we’ll do our best to incorporate your home routine into your child’s day at our centre.
What do I need to pack for my child’s day?
We provide all bottles, nappies, sunscreen and linen, so you only need to pack a change of clothes, hat and a favourite teddy.
Do you provide meals?
Yes, we provide all meals including a nutritious breakfast, a hot lunch, morning and afternoon tea. Check our yummy menus.
Do you provide a late snack?
Yes, we will provide your child with a late snack to tide their tummies over until they get home for dinner. Why not read through our yummy menus.
Can you help with toilet training?
Yes, we’re more than happy to help your child through toilet training you’ll find your child transitions quite quickly as they’re keen to join their friends who are out of nappies and into big kid undies!
Your child’s day
Although each day’s schedule varies, the general routine for the early learning groups looks like this:
8.00am: Outdoor play
9.00am: Morning tea
10.00am: Indoor play and art
11.00am: Group activities
11.30 pm: Hot lunch
12.00pm: Nap time
2.00pm: Story time and music
2.30 pm: Afternoon tea
3.00pm: Indoor/Outdoor Play
4.00pm: Late snack
4.30pm: Indoor play
The Early Learning Centre program
Our Early Learning Centre (ELC) program reflects the key learning areas and outcomes prescribed by the Early Years Framework.
The framework outlines the learning outcomes for children:
- Children have a strong sense of identity
- Children are connected with and contribute to the world
- Children have a strong sense of well-being
- Children are confident and involved learners
Australian Sign Language
Our program incorporates Key Word Sign. We believe that signing can help with speech development, and enable babies to start communicating at an earlier age.
We find it helps younger children better to communicate their needs and in turn reduce frustration and temper tantrums. Older children find signing lots of fun; it gives them the opportunity to communicate with younger siblings and those from the deaf community.
